Refund policy

Because Ordinary Magic is a monthly mail subscription prepared especially for each edition, I don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your mail arrives damaged or its quality has been affected during delivery, please email me at ordinarymagicmail@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to help arrange a replacement.

Ordinary Magic is sent as untracked letter mail. If your edition hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window of 5–8 business days within Australia or 15–25 business days internationally, please get in touch and I’ll send you a replacement. ♡

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
