Where does Ordinary Magic ship?

Ordinary Magic currently ships within Australia and to 30 selected countries worldwide.

I would love to send Ordinary Magic everywhere, but I’ve chosen not to ship to some countries where delivery can regularly take more than a month. Since this is a monthly mail club, I want each edition to have a good chance of reaching you before the next one is on its way. ♡

You’ll be able to see whether your country is available at checkout.

When will my mail be sent?

Ordinary Magic works one month ahead. Sign up by the 25th to receive the following month’s edition.

For example, if you join on October 25th, you’ll receive November’s edition. If you join from October 26th, your first edition will be December’s.

Each edition is prepared, packed and mailed around the end of the month or beginning of the next.

Delivery times

Once your edition has been sent, please allow approximately:

Australia: 5–7 business days
International: 15–25 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, holidays or circumstances outside my control.

Tracking

Ordinary Magic is sent as untracked letter mail, so you won’t receive a tracking number or know the exact day your envelope will arrive. I think there’s a little bit of magic in checking the letterbox and finding it waiting for you. ♡

Missing mail

If your edition hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please email me at ordinarymagicmail@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to send you a replacement.

Incorrect or changed addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before your edition is prepared. If you move or need to update your address, please update your subscription details as soon as possible.

If an edition has already been sent to an incorrect or previous address, I may not be able to retrieve or redirect it, but please get in touch anyway and I’ll see what I can do to help. ♡

Damaged mail

If your edition arrives damaged or its quality has been affected during delivery, please email ordinarymagicmail@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to help arrange a replacement. ♡
