Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Ordinary Magic is a monthly subscription that automatically renews on the same date each month that you originally joined.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal. Once cancelled, you won’t be charged for any future editions.

Any edition you have already paid for will still be sent to you. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals, but it does not cancel or refund an edition that has already been purchased, even if it hasn’t been mailed yet.

For example, if you join on October 18th and then cancel before your November edition is sent, you’ll still receive your November mail, but you won’t be charged again on November 18th.

There are no cancellation fees.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
